Tillicoultry Parish Church

We are very pleased to announce that following the votes on 28 September at Dollar, Muckhart and Tillicoultry Parish Churches, all three have agreed overwhelmingly to proceed towards Union and Deferred Union.

All 6 votes were either unanimously in favour, or by a very large majority:

Dollar:
Office bearers: 9 For; and 0 Against; Congregation: 60 For; and 4 Against.

Muckhart:
Office bearers: 5 For; and 0 Against; Congregation: 25 For; and 0 Against.

Tillicoultry:
Office bearers: 13 For; and 0 Against; Congregation: 75 For; and 3 Against.

Once this has been ratified by the Presbytery Planning Committee, Presbytery will move to the next stage towards the Union of Dollar and Muckhart on 1st January 2026, at which time we will move into deferred union with the new united charge, which will complete on the demission of our minister Alison Britchfield, at some point in the future."

The Kirk Bazaar will take place on Saturday 15th November in the Devonvale
Hall from 10.0 am - 3.0 pm.
Donations can also be handed into the barn on
Mondays 1-3pm. Please remember that we are unable to accept electrical
goods or furniture, and items should be in a reasonable condition.
